OCTOBER 8, 2017 MINNEAPOLIS — Today, Minneapolis Park Board At-Large candidate, Londel French, announced his endorsement of Raymond Dehn for Mayor of Minneapolis.

“I am excited to announce my endorsement of Ray Dehn for Mayor,” said Londel. “I have worked with Rep. Dehn on criminal justice issues through TakeAction Minnesota and have appreciated his support and dedication to issues that impact my community. Ray always engages the people who will be affected by decisions and he fights in solidarity with marginalized communities. If you need to find Ray, he is most likely, out, interacting with his community—it’s what makes him a strong leader. We have organized together with Justice 4 All working to restore felon voting rights. We stood together at the 4th Precinct and marched together in the aftermath of Jamar Clark’s murder. We’ve worked together to ensure all Minneapolis youth have access to a great education and quality afterschool programs. I look forward to fighting alongside Ray when he is our next Mayor.”

“I am thankful to have Londel’s endorsement,” said Ray. “I admire his passion and respect his history of service to youth and families in our community. I look forward to working with him after the election."

Raymond Dehn, a fourth-generation Northsider and University of Minnesota graduate, is a three-term State Representative serving District 59B, which includes the Northside, Bryn Mawr, North Loop, Elliott Park, and Downtown.
